An athlete and coach. Stephen is an avid trail and ultra-marathon runner that still enjoys the spirited 5k. As a retired U.S. Marine, He believes that coaching runners is not just about the miles. It is about learning how to become comfortable with being uncomfortable and training your body and mind in a variety of weather, exercise, and speed settings. He genuinely care about all my clients but the most memorable are those that came to him not believing they can go the distance or were hesitant to try. The pride and joy he feels witnessing a client finish a race or meet their goals is a true high that is difficult to replicate elsewhere.
