Matthew "Matt" Delahoussaye

Matt is our Lead Trainer who specializes in corrective exercise and Powerlifting. His career stemmed from suffering two knee dislocations in 2015 and 2016. Once he was healthy he began working out with a simple goal in mind; weight loss. Throughout his weight loss journey, his passion for fitness grew. Matt became a NASM certified personal Trainer in 2019. Now, he’s the Lead Trainer and Triton Powerlifting Team Trainer here at Triton Fitness Gym.
